We tell ourselves that we don’t have the time necessary to devote to an exercise program or eating plan, or we convince ourselves that it will just be too difficult, and we give up before we start! Most people set unrealistic goals for themselves and feel like failures when they don’t reach them. Blood Glucose

In a study that assessed 12 dietary, lifestyle and metabolic factors risk factors in causes of preventable death, high blood glucose levels came out as the fifth most deadly killer, after tobacco, high blood pressure, overweight/obesity, physical inactivity.
