I just have to say, “Wow!” I have had a grilled cheese sandwich for the first time in 15 years! And my sensitive stomach was perfect with it! No upset at all!! I have to ask why. What is the thing about Beyond Organic cheese, Sueroviv and Amasai that makes me able to digest it when I can’t digest any other dairy products, except a small amount of goat’s milk. And, I don’t have to stop with a “little bit” of Beyond Organic cheese.
What? Well, I am not really sure, but Jordan says that it is the lack of A1 Beta Casein.
Beta Casein A1 is similar to gluten, but it can actually be even harder on your body than gluten! Beyond Organic cows do not have Beta Casein A1, and neither do sheep or goats, or human’s milk. However, most goats are fed grain, and Beyond Organic cows are not fed grain.
So, it is the Casein that has bothered me (that is putting it very, very mildly) all of these years since I had my gallbladder out? Well, I guess maybe it was before that because I had my gallbladder out, right? So what happened to the dairy industry in this country that we have something in it that makes so many of us so sick? I don’t pretend to understand how this happened, but I know that Jordan Rubin says that he has DNA tested his cows to be absolutely sure that there is no A1 Beta Casein in his dairy products. And I know that I can eat and drink them with impunity.
