HEALTHY HAMBURGERS
Serves 8
Ingredients:
2 pounds organic, grassfed ground beef sea salt (to taste)
ground pepper (to taste)
Herbamare (to taste)
Directions:
Divide the ground beef into eight equal portions; patty each portion. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place hamburger patties on lightly oiled grill grate and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side, seasoning to taste. Remove from heat and serve on gluten-free or sprouted, whole-grain buns. Add favorite healthy hamburger toppings.

LEMON PEPPER GRILLED CHICKEN BREASTS
Serves 6
Ingredients:
1/2 cup lemon juice from freshly squeezed organic lemons 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup organic mustard or brown mustard
a sprinkle of stevia, to taste
1 teaspoon of crushed black pepper 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
4 to 6 organic chicken breasts
Directions:
Mix together all the ingredients—except for the chicken—in a large mixing bowl (for the marinade). Lay the chicken breasts in a pan and season with more pepper, if
desired. Pour the marinade mixture over the
chicken breasts and let marinate in the refrigerator overnight or for several hours during the day. Remove chicken breasts from the marinade and put on the grill when you’re ready to cook them.
Cook thoroughly and serve.

SPICY VEGAN BLACK BEAN CHILI
Makes 16 Cups
Ingredients:
30 ounces of organic, non-GMO black beans
1 quart of organic stewed tomatoes
1 quart of organic diced tomatoes with green chilies 1 quart of organic vegetable broth
1 medium onion, diced
2 Tablespoons organic chili powder
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
Directions:
Drain the beans and place all ingredients in a large soup pot and simmer for about two hours so that the ingredients all blend together. Move to a crockpot prior to serving.

RAW MUHAMMARA DIP
Makes 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 Cups
Ingredients:
3 red peppers
1 cup raw walnuts, soaked for 15 minutes prior to using (this can be done ahead)
1 medium garlic clove, peeled and minced
2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
3/4 teaspoon high-quality sea salt
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon powdered stevia
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning, as desired, and serve with raw veggies such as celery, cucumbers and carrot sticks.

RAW PROTEIN PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL CHEWIES
Makes 24 Medium Chewies
Ingredients:
3 cups rolled
old-fashioned oats
1 cup of organic brand
peanut butter
1/2 cup vanilla almond
milk or regular milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup Garden of Life
Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
(can also substitute 1/ cup butter, if you prefer) 4
1 scoop or one packet of
Garden of Life RAW Protein Vanilla OR Original Flavor
1 Tablespoon stevia extract
Directions:
In a large saucepan, mix the stevia extract, coconut oil and almond milk. Bring to a full boil for one minute and stir the mixture constantly so it does not stick to the pan. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla, stirring until peanut butter is completely melted. Stir in the oats and RAW Protein, and stir well with a wooden spoon until combined. Quickly drop spoonfuls on sheets of wax or parchment paper and cool completely. Enjoy!!
