Jordan Rubin and Josh Axe have New Herbals!

If you have followed Jordan Rubin through his career, as I have, it is always exciting to see what new things he has used his creativity, his expertise, and his desire to help make people healthier, to produce.  I am also finding that Jordan and Dr Josh Axe together are really a dynamic duo.

What new products have they brought to us now?  Well, we all know about the Bone Broth Protein and the Bone Broth Meal and Bone Broth Collagen, oh and Organic Bone Both.  All of which are terrific, and all of which work with a Ketogenic diet if you are adding fats to them.  Well, some of the latest products are a whole line of Ketogenic proteins with the fats left in, Keto Meals (Feasts), and some ketone capsules to help you to get started, and be successful with your Ketogenic lifestyle! Since I am Ketogenic, I could chat about the really great new Keto products all day, but there is so much more to talk about, that I will let you explore them yourself at this link.

Jordan and Josh have also come out with Fermented Herbals and mushrooms in capsule form, and Organic Essential Oils that are actually food grade!


In the Fermented Herbals, called Apothecary Capsules, they have brought us turmeric, elderberry, ashwagandha, cinnamon, honey basil, oregano, and 5 different mushrooms!  Each of these products contains the complimentary herbs or spices to make them work the best with your body, and to make them 100% digestible.  I doubt that there are better, or more thoroughly research herbals anywhere.

There are also organic essential oils.  Wow!  These oils are organic and food grade (this would only apply to an oil that is actually consumable, of course).  You can truly get the most out of your essential oils with these super pure, organic oils!

For example, Turmeric comes in an oil as well as in a capsule.  We have been hearing a lot lately about the use of turmeric for health.

The yellow or orange pigment of turmeric, called curcumin, is considered a primary driver of the health benefits of turmeric.

Turmeric oil, however, also contains turmeroneswhich are the major constituent of turmeric rhizome essential oils.Turmerones are also bioactive molecules in turmeric which can support health.

Curcumin and turmerones are not the same, but they both can offer health-supporting benefits to the body. For example, some studies point out that a high content of turmerones can boost curcumin absorption.

Here is what Dr Axe says about using Ancient Nutrition Apothecary Turmeric Oil:

  • Add a few drops to tea for a warming, beneficial turmeric-inspired tea.
  • Mix 2 drops of turmeric oil in an empty supplement capsule during seasonal challenges to support a healthy immune system.
  • For occasional joint or muscle discomfort, add a few drops to a carrier oil and massage into desired areas.
  • For a boost to your favorite foods, add a drop or two to them for a healthful turmeric twist.
  • Diffuse a drop or two for overall health benefits.
  • Add a drop to your skincare products, including lotions or cleansers.
  • For a restorative bath, add a few drops and soak for 15 to 20 minutes.
