Are you looking for a quick and easy way to satisfy your sugar cravings on a ketogenic diet?

Then you are going to love this recipe for keto chocolate mousse!

This low-carb dessert is loaded with fiber, healthy fat, and electrolytes.

With ripe avocados as the base ingredient, this recipe is a whole food treat that can be eaten as healthy dessert, a nutrient dense breakfast, or a quick mid-day snack!

Avocados are loaded with potassium, chocolate has a considerable amount of magnesium, and sea salt contributes sodium. These minerals are the essential electrolytes that you need to consume on a ketogenic diet.

Assemble your ingredients and simply blend together in a food processor until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.

You can top your mousse with whipped cream, chopped nuts, or fresh berries.

2 ripe organic avocados, pitted and skinned
1/4 cup organic raw chocolate powder
1/4 cup keto sweetener
2 tablespoons organic/grass-fed butter
1/2 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
4 tablespoons organic whipped cream

Combine all ingredients except for whipped cream in a food processor.
Blend until smooth, creamy, and well combined.
Transfer to jars or glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Top each serving with 1 tablespoon of whipped and a dash of chocolate powder.
