NEW Raw Fit Recipes – Yummy!

Cookie Dough Smoothie

Ingredients: (Use Organic)
1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Fit
1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Perfect Food Chocolate
11⁄2 cup frozen banana chunks
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
8-10 drops SweetLeaf Vanilla Cream Stevia

Directions:
Serves 1-2
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Enjoy and savor the deliciousness of cookie dough without any guilt!

Cherry Delicious Smoothie

Ingredients: (Use Organic)
1 cup frozen dark cherries
1⁄2 cup frozen banana chunks
1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Fit
6 drops of Sweet Leaf Vanilla Cream Stevia
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1⁄2 cup coconut water (unpasteurized preferred)

Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!

Antioxidant Boom

Ingredints: (Use Organic)
2 cups unsweetened coconut or almond milk
1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Fit Vanilla
1 packet Dr. Formulated FitBiotic
11⁄2 cups combination of pomegranate seeds and blueberries
1 cup frozen banana chunks
1 Tablespoon Chia Seed
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!

Grab ‘n Go Bites

Ingredients: (Use Organic)
1 scoop Garden of Life Raw Organic Fit
2 cups unsalted cashews
1 Tablespoon Garden of Life Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
10 Medjool dates, pitted and soaked in water for about 20 minutes
1⁄4 cup dried cranberries (apple juice sweetened if available)
1⁄2 cup dried coconut flakes
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation:
In a bowl combine coconut flakes and cinnamon and set aside. Place Raw Organic Fit and cashews in food processor using the “s” blade. Process until mixture has a flour-like consistency. Remove dates from water. Add dates and cranberries to mixture in food processor and pulse until everything begins to stick (about 20 pulses). Roll cookie balls and coat in coconut flake/cinnamon mixture. Refrigerate to harden the texture of the cookies. Cookies last 10-14 days in refrigerator or two months in freezer.
